Adrian Costa grew up sailing with his family. Much of his childhood was spent aboard a sailboat, travelling along different coastlines, discovering unfamiliar places and learning to experience the world from the water.

Those early journeys became more than family trips. Over time, they shaped his relationship with the sea and sparked a lasting passion for sailing, travel and discovering new places. Years later, that passion became the foundation for Marea.

Adrian built Marea around a simple idea: a yacht charter should be about much more than the yacht itself. It should be about the feeling of arriving somewhere by water, reaching places a road can't always reach, slowing down, and knowing a destination in a more personal way.

From secluded Mediterranean coastlines to tropical islands, remote Pacific waters and the coast of Brazil, Marea curates journeys that connect travellers with the character of each place.
